About Cat (aka Catherine Lewis)


I don't know where my compassion for animals came from,
​but I am so grateful to feel such a close bond
with all animals and nature.

My very first pet was a cat when I was four years old (Thomasina). My parents took me to the local shelter and I asked for the next cat who was going to be put to sleep, because no home was found for it.
I don't know how I understood about that at such a young age, but it has been with me ever since.

For over 40 years, I have been rescuing and fostering animals.
I have always been someone who people call upon
to take care of their animals because they know,
I treat your pet(s) like family!

I am also a very strong advocate for animal rights.  I am involved with many like-minded organizations and regularly participate in animal rights campaigns.
